Maintenance Minder System Starting in 2005, the Odyssey was the first vehicle to use this monitoring system. Other models followed in 2006; Accord, Civic, Pilot, Ridgeline, S2000 and starting in 2007 the CR-V and Element followed suit with the Maintenance Minder System
The Maintenance Minder System is an oil life monitoring system. It starts out at 100% with fresh oil and winds down to 0%, signaling oil life is over. A yellow wrench will pop up on your dash signifying maintenance is required. This will occur when there is 15% oil life remaining. Schedule your appointment prior to reaching 0% oil life.
